National Disability Insurance Scheme

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support services for people with disability based on individual needs in Australia.

AAA NDIS is integrated service provider, who believes in delivering community support services across Western Australia. If you have disabilities that affect your daily activities and life and you acquired your disability before the age of 65, the service is right for you.

The National Disability Agency (NDIA) is the agency that was set up to deliver right service of NDIS.

In order to get your first NDIS plan, you need to complete five steps. We will help you through how to plan and complete the process.

If you are eligible for NDIS support, think about what service you need and what is your goal to achieve. We are here to create your planning template that gives you all your answers and you know what you need from your plan.

My Wellbeings provides support coordination to people with an approved NDIS plan.

If you have an NDIS plan which includes funding for support coordination, we help you to provide support coordination

Support coordinators assist you to analyse your plan and funding to find out the most appropriate service and provider. We work in collaboration to find the right service provider to identify needs, personalise support and right service that you need. Along the way, we support you to manage your NDIS plan.

We make sure you continually receiving the best service support, and it our commitment to assess this time to time whether goals are being achieved and any changes and adjustment are needed. We would happy to do it. We connect participant to the right people and provide comprehensive, well-rounded NDIS plans that attend to their needs.

Our qualified, experienced, and specialised team of support coordinators will support you to reach your goal and live the life you want.

My Wellbeings Support Coordinator will work with you to:

  • Find and connect to the most suitable service providers to deliver the support identifies in your plan.
  • Connect you into work or other community activities where you feel comfortable
  • Collaborate with government agencies
  • Commencement suitable accommodation and respite option according to your need.
  • Monitor your NDIS plan or re-develop your objectives prior to plan review.
  • Help you link in with community and mainstream supports; health and medical services, housing, education and community organisations
  • Facilitate to find a job, build network and other community activities.
  • Help to achieve the capacity and skills to control of their life and to lead an independent life.

Our NDIS support coordination services are available to eligible participants throughout the Perth, Western Australia.

My Wellbeings charges for all supports as per the NDIS Price Guide as updated from time to time. Where applicable My Wellbeings charges at the Temporary Transformation Price (TTP)

Update: As at 25 March 2020, the NDIA has made some changes to the NDIS Price Guide, in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. The NDIA is increasing payments to providers by 10% for some services (a “COVID-19 loading”). Where applicable, My Wellbeings will charge at the TTP rate with COVID-19 loading. We will be returning to the base price when the loading is ended.
